Shipping policy

The delivery time may vary depending on the product and it is indicated on the online form. In the absence of express information on shipping times, the products will be shipped within 48 working hours from the receipt of the payment.
However, remote areas may require longer delivery times. upon shipment of the order, customers will receive an email from Palmatic Studio specifying the tracking number and a direct link to track the status of the shipment.

Palmatic studio delivers the products to customers with express shipping services all over the world.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City will be free and shipped by Palmatic Studio.
Shipments to the European Union have a supplement of € 25.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union will have a surcharge of 35 €.

If the products must be delivered outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and in the order confirmation is net of any customs duties and any other taxes.
The Customer agrees to pay any applicable customs duties or other applicable local costs, charges and taxes, if required, in addition to the price indicated in the order and in the order confirmation, as required by the laws in force in the country where the product will be delivered.

THIS IS THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE THAT INSPIRED PALMATIC STUDIO. WE ENVISION FASHION AS A CONTEMPORARY SYNTHESIS OF STYLE AND SUBSTANCE, A BREAK FROM COMPLICATED AESTHETICS AND TRADITIONAL BRAND EXPRESSIONS.

DESIGNS ARE INFORMED BY A CHARISMATIC TENSION OF CONTRASTS – SUBTLE AND STRONG, SIMPLE AND INTRICATE, REGAL AND TRANSGRESSIVE, RIGOROUS AND RELAXED. STYLE CHARGED WITH A POTENTIAL FOR ENDLESS INTERPRETATION AND THE POWER THAT COMES WITH THAT POTENTIAL.

THIS IS THE DNA OF PALMATIC STUDIO, WITH THE PALM TREE OUR ICONIC SYMBOL. PALM TREES HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO GROW ALMOST ANYWHERE, EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO APPARENT FORM OF NOURISHMENT. THE “PALMATICA” WOMAN, LIKE THE PALM, IS RESILIENT – SHE BENDS BUT SHE DOES NOT BREAK, SHE THRIVES IN PROXIMITY AND CREATES HER OWN ECOSYSTEM.

OUR CRAFT

PALMATIC STUDIO IS TRANSGRESSIVE IN STYLE BUT AT THE SAME TIME FAITHFUL TO THE AGE- OLD TRADITION OF ITALIAN CRAFSTMANSHIP. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY IS KEY; PRODUCTION IS LIMITED AND DESIGNS AVOID SEASONAL TRENDS SO WASTE IS MINIMIZED. GARMENTS ARE CAREFULLY CUT AND PRODUCED IN SMALL FACTORIES; THEN FINISHED BY HAND BY EXPERT TAILORS JUST OUTSIDE OF ROME AND NAPLES. JEWELRY IS HAND-CRAFTED IN A HISTORIC WORKSHOP IN THE HEART OF ROME WHOSE MANUFACTURING TECHINIQUES HAVE NOT CHANGED SINCE THE EARLY 20 TH CENTURY. WE WORK VERY CLOSELY WITH SMALL FAMILY-OWNED PRODUCERS TO FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND LONG-TERM COOPERATION.

OUR TEAM

THE PALMATIC STUDIO CREATIVE TEAM IS LED BY FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR BENEDETTA FORMILLI FENDI. BENEDETTA GREW UP SURROUNDED BY FASHION; SHE IS SHAPED BY THE LEGACY OF HER GRANDMOTHER WHO, WITH HER SISTERS, GREW THE HOUSE OF FENDI OVER SIX DECADES AND CREATED A MODEL OF FEMALE TEAMWORK AND LEADERSHIP THAT WAS TOTALLY NEW AND DISRUPTIVE AT THE TIME. “ONE OF THE GREATEST LESSONS MY FAMILY TAUGHT ME WAS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAMWORK; OF COLLABORATING AND BEING CAPABLE OF RECOGNIZING ONES OWN LIMITS AND OVERCOMING THEM TOGETHER,” SAYS FORMILLI FENDI. “OUR TEAM IS MADE UP OF FOUR WOMEN – WE EACH HAVE OUR OWN SUPERPOWER AND TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER.”

FORMILLI FENDI GRADUATED FROM THE PRESTIGIOUS EUROPEAN INSTITUTE OF DESIGN. DURING HER STUDIES, SHE MET LEGENDARY COSTUME DESIGNER AND VISCONTI COLLABORATOR PIERO TOSI WHOSE ABILITY TO HEIGHTEN THE ENERGY, PRESENCE, AND TALENT OF THE ACTORS THROUGH HIS DESIGNS WAS AN IMPORTANT INFLUENCE. BENEDETTA IS ALSO PASSIONATE ABOUT ARCHITECTURE AND MUSIC (HER MOTHER IS AN ARCHITECT, HER FATHER A DJ) AND SHE BRINGS THESE PASSIONS TO THE PALMATIC STUDIO VISION.
